HR Structures Australia are the official Australasian agent for HR Structures GmbH. Not only are they a global designer and manufacturer of industrial and commercial modular structures, but also manufacture aluminium frame systems and PVC coverings that meet stringent requirements for snow and wind bearing capacities worldwide. Additionally, we manufacture modular structures (pursuant to DIN EN 13782) as well as permanent structures (pursuant to DIN EN 1991).

Above all, with over 60 years’ experience in modular structure manufacturing and sales, we are known for our ability to design and deliver products to suit a wide range of market sectors including both industrial and commercial, government, education, large scale commercial, events, hospitality, accommodation, sporting and leisure.

Manufacturing Facilities

Pioneering product innovation, quality and performance are at the heart of our products, people and processes. As a matter of fact, because the German facility is located in the Hessian town of Grebenhain, our structures are manufactured in one of the world’s largest temporary structure production facilities.

HR Structures Australia proudly partner with HR Structures GmbH. As a result, German quality products are available to rent or buy in Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific.

Design & Engineering

Because all products undergo vigorous structural design analysis to meet stringent DIN EN 13782 design standards, this means that we are fully approved by the TÜV, the German technical inspection authority.

Accordingly, this attention to detail ensures our durable products will perform throughout the product’s life cycle. All in all, temporary structures are designed to comply with other international design code criteria, including the USA-IBC2009/12 and AS/NZS standards.

Production

Another key point is that the facility can operate 24 hours per day, enabling a production output capacity of up to 80,000m² of finished temporary structure framework product per week.

Basically, this ensures that high levels of product demand and fixed delivery timelines are achieved throughout the year, guaranteeing satisfaction for our clients.

Frame & Cover Production

HR Structures GmbH state-of-the-art framework factory incorporates purpose-built production lines. Because each is fully equipped with overhead crane systems, this enables the smooth flow of product through the entire manufacturing process from raw material to finished product.

Additionally, all primary frame components are manufactured on five high-speed CNC (computer numerically controlled) automated machines. Basically, this provides precision manufacturing accuracy, resulting in a perfectly engineered end-product.

Cover Production

Accordingly, fabric covers are manufactured utilising the latest in CNC (computer numerically controlled) cutting and sewing machines, combined with leading edge high frequency welding and hot sealing equipment. Because we utilise technologically advanced manufacturing methods, we ensure our engineered covers are finished with minimal +/- tolerances, providing a perfect fit and finish.

Because all covers are manufactured using the latest in advanced European manufactured, flame retardant, PVC coated fabrics, this ensures that our customers receive the highest levels of quality, reliability and performance from our premium covers.

Quality Materials

All raw materials (steel and aluminium) are sourced from within the EU, ensuring quality, continuity and traceability. Basically, by maintaining complete supply chain control, that means our clients can be assured their temporary structures are manufactured from fully certified materials, built for safety, strength and durability.
