HR Structures provides design, distribution, and construction services across Australia. We will only collect personal information that is necessary for us to provide these services. If necessary to provide our services, we may need to disclose your personal information to external service providers (such as information technology service providers, legal service providers, mailing houses etc.). We do not supply our database information to other marketing organisations not acting on our behalf.
i: Enquiries/contact form
If you contact us by e-mail or via our contact form, your enquiry including all personal data (name, enquiry, contact address) will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of processing your enquiry. We will only pass on this data to third parties without your consent if this is necessary to fulfil your request. Your personal data will remain with us until you request us to delete it, revoke your consent to its storage or the purpose for which it was stored ceases to apply (e.g. after your request has been processed).
ii: Use of the Building Configurator
On our website, you can use our building configuration tool. To be able to send you a corresponding quotation, we will process the contact details provided by you in the configuration tool. The processing of personal data is carried out in connection with the execution of pre-contractual measures for your request. To implement the configuration tool, we have integrated a service provider that processes the data on our behalf. This service provider is contractually bound to comply with data protection requirements. The data is processed within the EEA. (European Environment Agency).
iii: Customer Service Manager
We use Hubspot CRM on this website. The provider is Hubspot Inc., 20 Hunter St, Level 7, Sydney NSW 2000 (hereinafter Hubspot CRM). Hubspot CRM enables us, among other things, to manage existing and potential customers and customer contacts. With the help of Hubspot CRM, we can capture, sort, and analyse customer interactions via email, social media, or phone across different channels. The personal data collected in this way can be evaluated and used for communication with the potential customer or for marketing measures (e.g. newsletter mailings). You have the right to access your personal information, subject to some exceptions allowed by law. The information below supplements the above Privacy Policy and relates to your use of this website. We do not collect any personal information on visitors to our website unless they elect to subscribe to our newsletter. We do collect non-personal information that allows us to log information about visitors to our website for statistical purposes, such as:
